「Heal the world」1991年マイケルジャクソン「デンジャラス」に収録、1992年にシングルカットされた。
2024年ノーベル平和賞を「日本原水爆被害者団体協議会」が受賞しました。過去日本人では（第61・62・63代）内閣総理大臣を務めた佐藤栄作が1974年に受賞。創設者のノーベルは遺言で、平和賞を「国家間の友好関係、軍備の削減・廃止、及び平和会議の開催・推進のために最大・最善の貢献をした人物・団体」に授与すべしとしていたそうです。（Wikipedia調べ）
日本被団協は核兵器の廃絶、撤去、核兵器廃絶国際条約の締結、国際会議の開催、非核法の制定、原爆被害の実相の国内外への普及など、核兵器のない世界を実現するための努力と、目撃証言を通じて核兵器が二度と使用されてはならないことを実証していて、こうした活動が受賞理由となっています。
平和を唱えるだけでなく、平和を願うだけでなく“行動する“・・・素晴らしいことだと思います、おめでとうございます。少しでも世の中を変えようと地道に行動している方々の凄さを改めて感じます。世界各地で戦争がなくならない今、平和を願うしかない自分を思うと恥ずかしいのですが・・・・。
各地の戦争で毎日「死者数⚪︎⚪︎人」とのニュースが流れますが、こんなに人命が軽視されて良いのでしょうか？
「Heal the world」の歌詞にもありますが、生命を大切に思えば世界はもっと良い場所になる・・・2025年のノーベル平和賞は国連が受賞することを期待しています。
